Minor Service – Every 6 months or every 5,000 km (+/- 500 km)

All work performed without removal of major components (e.g. wheels remain installed)

Price: 95 €

• Inspection of all bolts and fasteners
• Check of lighting system
• Inspection of cables and housings for damage
• Check wheel trueness and spoke tension (without tire removal)
• Inspection of chain, chainrings, sprockets or belt and belt pulleys for wear
• Check hub bearings
• Check tire wear
• Inspect brake pad and rotor wear (disc brakes); remove brake pads, mobilize pistons, clean caliper
• Check headset
• Inspect frame, fork, crankset and rims for damage

Additional Costs:

• Oil change
• Brake bleeding / brake fluid replacement
• Replacement of chain, sprocket or chainring
• Replacement of cables or housings
• Other repairs

Standard Service – Annually or every 10,000 km (+/- 1,000 km)

Price Trekking, Adventure, MTB: 240 €
Price E-Bike: 300 €

• Inspection of all bolts and fasteners
• Lighting check (Trekking, Adventure, E-Bike)
• MTB: Full suspension fork service (optional + 50 €)
• E-system diagnostics and software updates if required
• Inspection of cables and housings for damage
• Remove tires, clean rim bed, check wheel trueness and spoke tension; renew tubeless sealant if applicable
• Check hub bearings; lubricate if necessary
• Check wear of chain, chainrings, sprockets or belt system
• Remove and clean eccentric or slider
• Remove brake pads and check wear; clean calipers; ensure smooth piston movement
• Inspect brake rotors for wear
• Replace brake fluid
• Check headset; clean and adjust if necessary
• Inspect frame, fork, crankset and rims for damage
• Rohloff / Pinion oil change
• General: renew corrosion protection during assembly work (WD40)

Premium Service – Every 5 years or at least 30,000 km (+/- 3,000 km)

Price Trekking, Adventure, MTB: 600 €
+ optional Pinion Care+ 299 €

Price E-Bike: 800 €

• Complete disassembly, cleaning and reassembly (with corrosion protection)
• Inspect frame, fork, crankset and rims for damage
• Clean and adjust headset
• Pinion gearbox: send gearbox to Pinion for Pinion Care+ service (+ 299 €)
• Check lighting system
• E-system diagnostics and updates if required
• Inspect cables for damage; replace if necessary
• Disassemble and clean twist shifters; replace shift cables and housings
• Remove tires, clean rim bed, check wheel trueness and spoke tension; renew tubeless sealant if applicable
• Check wear of chain, chainrings, sprockets or belt and belt pulleys
• Remove brake pads and check wear; clean calipers; ensure piston mobility
• For idworx Big Disc: replace brake caliper seals
• Inspect brake rotors for wear
• Replace brake fluid
• Rohloff / Pinion oil change
