The hub dynamo—developed specifically in collaboration with SON and featuring a 15mm thru-axle interface and plugless electrical connection—completes the picture. The 110mm installation width makes it possible—in addition to achieving perfectly symmetrical spoke lacing—to widen the flange spacing from 50mm to 58mm, thereby allowing for the construction of a significantly more stable disc-brake wheel.
