idworx Rohler BLT Wachtberg-Edition - So light that you forget how strong it is
Maximum performance through minimum weight: with the Wachtberg Edition, idworx enhances premium touring and adventure bikes without compromising everyday usability or permissible system weight.
Created for the 25th Anniversary, these special models combine 25 years of engineering expertise with lightweight, durable components and corrosion-resistant anodized aluminium frames. Available in “Super Natural” and “Super Black,” the anodized finish reveals visible weld seams and machining marks for a distinctive high-tech look.
The idworx Rohler BLT is a high-performance aluminium adventure bike built for bikepacking, expedition cycling, gravel riding, and demanding off-road tours. Designed for riders who want maximum durability, low maintenance, and reliable performance, it combines expedition-ready strength with sporty handling.
Based on the proven geometry of the popular oPinion BLT and optimized for the legendary Rohloff Speedhub gear hub, the Rohler BLT delivers outstanding control on-road and off-road. Its newly developed triple-butted aluminium frame offers exceptional stiffness, low weight, and long-term reliability for serious adventure travel.
Three bottle cage mounts provide maximum flexibility for long-distance touring and bikepacking setups, while the redesigned top tube increases frame stiffness, power transfer, and stability on rough terrain.
A key feature is the idworx EBB Longlife II eccentric bottom bracket, allowing precise chain tension adjustment and exceptional durability. Designed for high loads, it ensures smooth operation and maximum reliability even in extreme riding conditions.
The low-maintenance Rohloff hub gear system is renowned worldwide for durability, precision, and long service life—making it one of the best drivetrain solutions for expedition bikes and adventure touring bicycles.
Combined with proven idworx off-road geometry, the Rohler BLT delivers excellent comfort, confident handling, and reliable control from gravel roads to mountain trails.
Available in 46 cm, 51 cm, and 56 cm frame sizes, the idworx Rohler BLT is the ideal premium adventure bike for riders planning bikepacking trips, gravel expeditions, or round-the-world cycling journeys.

idworx Stress Reducer steering angle limiter
effectively prevents the front wheel from turning over and thus protects against damage to the frame, headlights or even the shift cables and brake hoses, which can occur due an accident or if the bike falls over.
idworx EBB Long Life II
Eccentric bottom bracket with integrated, rustproof ball bearings. The only bottom bracket on the market with bearings that are actually sized to suit the load for an extremely long service life and optimal smooth running even under the highest loads. It also offers the option of installing our idworx Hesling chain case. Suitable for all idworx Rohloff models with eccentric bottom bracket for adjusting the chain play. Our idworx EBB-LL II is also compatible with Gates Carbon Drive belt drive.
idworx Long Life Chain Rings
The Long Life chain ring we developed at idworx made of hardened stainless steel with an uneven number of teeth together with the extra-hardened idworx KMC E1 ePT chain and the idworx Rohloff steel sprocket, makes for unprecedented longevity. In our oPinion models we even fit our Long Life chain ring back and front. Chain tension requires less frequent checks - a pleasing consequence of a more wear-resistant drive.
